Cubs shortstop Starlin Castro was cleared of any wrongdoing in a shooting at a nightclub in the Dominican Republic over the weekend, but he has now had two such incidents in the past month. His agent, Paul Kinzer, was a guest on MLB Network Radio with Jon Morosi and Mike Ferrin this morning and understandably believes that his client would be better off living year-round in the United States.
You can also listen to two brief snippets from the interview below, but here are some quotes from Kinzer if you are unable to do so:
Kinzer - "I think it would be better for Starlin to move to Arizona where he can work out in the Cubs complex all year"

Kinzer on Castro: "Even if he wasn't involved, he's twice been in the middle of gunshots, and that's what scares me, he could be a victim"
