A’s signed RHP Seth Elledge to a minor league contract.
Elledge spent the last couple years with a couple organizations at the Triple-A level and hasn’t appeared in the big leagues since the 2021 campaign when he made 11 relief appearances for the Cardinals. He’s merely extra organizational depth at this stage of his career.

Braves re-signed RHP Seth Elledge to a minor league contract.
Well, that was fast. Elledge returns to Atlanta’s organization as extra relief depth following a brief stint on the open market. The 27-year-old righty has yet to pitch in the majors this season and will head to Triple-A Gwinnett.

Seth Elledge has elected free agency.
It’s entirely possible that Elledge will ultimately wind up re-signing with the Braves, but he’s opted to explore his options on the open market after going unclaimed on waivers after being designated for assignment earlier this week. The 27-year-old righty hasn’t made an appearance in the majors this season.

Braves sent RHP Seth Elledge outright to Triple-A Gwinnett.
Elledge went unclaimed on waivers after being designated for assignment earlier this week for the fourth time since April. The 27-year-old right-hander will presumably stick around at Triple-A Gwinnett as extra relief depth.

Braves designated RHP Seth Elledge for assignment.
Elledge finds himself back in DFA limbo for the fourth time since April. The well-traveled 27-year-old right-hander has yet to make an appearance in the big leagues, despite spending some time in the big leagues. He’ll presumably garner some interest yet again on waivers.

Braves optioned RHP Seth Elledge to Triple-A Gwinnett.
The Braves needed to free up a spot on the active roster for Allan Winans to start on Saturday and unfortunately Elledge was the odd-man out this time around. The 27-year-old hurler did not appear in a game during his three days with the big league club.

Braves selected the contract of RHP Seth Elledge from Triple-A Gwinnett.
Elledge, 27, served stints in the Cardinals bullpen in 2020 and 2021, allowing six runs in 11 2/3 innings both seasons. He’d only recently signed with the Braves, giving up two runs in 9 2/3 innings for Gwinnett after previously spending time in the Tigers and Mets systems this season. He’ll be used in middle relief in Atlanta.

Braves signed RHP Seth Elledge to a minor league contract.
Elledge has yet to make an appearance in the majors this season and has spent time with three different organizations -- including the Braves -- this season at the Triple-A level, compiling an underwhelming 5.34 ERA, 1.54 WHIP and 28/17 K/BB ratio across 28 2/3 innings (20 appearances).

Seth Elledge has elected to become a free agent.
Elledge, who was designated for assignment earlier this week, decided to test the open market rather than accept an assignment to Triple-A Toledo. The 27-year-old has been with three organizations since March and will look for a more stable situation with his next stop.

Tigers designated RHP Seth Elledge for assignment.
Elledge was claimed off waivers last month from the Mets and has yet to make an appearance in the majors this season. He’s been removed from Detroit’s 40-man roster to make room for lefty reliever Anthony Misiewicz.
