Rays RHP prospect Spencer Moran scattered six hits and two runs over 5 2/3 innings Sunday in a win for Rookie-level Princeton.
Moran’s first postseason start was a good one. The right-hander has been lights out for Princeton with a 3.12 ERA in 13 appearances. Opponents have hit .222 with one home run against him during that span. He’s split time between the bullpen and the starting rotation with seven starts and six relief appearances, though he’s started his last three outings.
