Twins signed RHP Wladimir Pinto to a minor league contract.
The 23-year-old right-hander spent the first seven years of his minor league career in the Tigers organization. In 2021, he registered a 4.44 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 61/36 K/BB ratio across 52 2/3 frames between Double-A Erie and Triple-A Toledo. He’ll function as bullpen depth in the upper levels of the minor leagues for the Twins.
