Today’s Xfinity race at Road America: Start time, weather, TV/radio info and lineup


Following a drama-filled night at Bristol Motor Speedway, the Xfinity Series is back in action today at Road America.

It will be the series’ third and final road course race of the season.

Here’s all the info you need for today’s race.

(All times are Eastern)

START: Ralph C. Stayer, owner and chairman of Johnsonville will give the command to start engines will be given at 3:07 p.m.. The green flag is scheduled for 3:21 p.m.

DISTANCE: The race is scheduled for 45 laps, 182.16 miles around the 4.048-mile road course.

PRERACE SCHEDULE: The Xfinity garage opens at 12 p.m. The driver/crew chief meeting is at 1 p.m. Driver introductions are at 2:30 p.m.

NATIONAL ANTHEM: Christi Lueck will perform the anthem at 3 p.m.

TV/RADIO: NBCSN will broadcast the race with its coverage beginning at 2:30 p.m. with Countdown to Green. Race coverage begins at 3 p.m. Motor Racing Network’s radio broadcast begins at 2:30 p.m. and can also be heard at SiriusXM NASCAR Radio will have MRN’s broadcast.

FORECAST: The site predicts a temperature of 72 degrees and a 56 percent chance of thunderstorms.

LAST TIME: Paul Menard scored his third career win while pulling double-duty with the Sprint Cup Series in Michigan. Ryan Blaney finished second with Brian Scott placing third.
