SG Allonzo Trier will reportedly sign with a Turkish League team on Wednesday.
Trier had his moments with the Knicks but never became a fantasy staple. He could make a return to the NBA at some point, but for now, it looks like he’s ready to sign with Fenerbahce.

    Knicks waive G Allonzo Trier.
After a fast start to his career with two 15-point games in the first three games as a Knick, he did become a bit of a fan favorite with several fans in NYC wanting to see him take on more minutes. His sophomore season was a bit of a letdown with just 6.5 points per game after his 10.9 in his rookie season, but Trier will likely get another shot on another team for camp.

Reggie Bullock (illness) has been ruled out of Saturday’s game vs. the Bulls.
Bullock averaged just 1.7 points in 16.5 minutes over the Knicks previous three games. Allonzo Trier, Wayne Ellington and Damyean Dotson are candidates to soak up additional minutes with Bullock out of the mix.

Allonzo Trier (illness) picked up another DNP-CD on Wednesday against the Wizards.
Trier was available to play, but he did not get off the bench. Leave him on the wire everywhere.

Allonzo Trier (illness) is questionable for Wednesday’s game vs. Washington.
Trier has missed three straight games due to the illness but was not a regular part of the rotation even when healthy. He should be left on the wire.
  • Shooting Guard #14
Allonzo Trier (illness) out again Sunday versus Atlanta.
Trier will miss another game due to illness. There was some hope he was going to get moved to another team where he could get some minutes, but that didn’t happen prior to the trade deadline. Trier’s an afterthought for both the Knicks and fantasy players.
  • Shooting Guard #14
Allonzo Trier (illness) is out again for Saturday vs. the Pistons.
He’s been under the weather for a few days now and the Knicks will continue to exercise caution. Trier can be left on the wire and won’t be on the radar until the Knicks turn it over to their youth.
  • Shooting Guard #14
Allonzo Trier (illness) is listed as out for Thursday against the Magic on Thursday.
He was doubtful to play, but the Knicks haven’t been using him in the rotation anyway. There would need to be more than a Marcus Morris trade to put Trier on the fantasy radar.
