The Raptors will reportedly sign Brady Heslip to a training camp deal on Friday.
Toronto’s D-League affiliate owns his rights, and that’s more than likely where he’ll be heading after camp. There’s no fantasy value to be had here.

Toronto’s D-League affiliate Raptors 905 have acquired the rights to Brady Heslip.
Heslip has been playing in Italy, and it is currently unclear if he’ll be joining the Raptors 905 for 2016-17. Toronto sent Ronald Roberts to Sacramento’s D-League affiliate in the exchange, but neither of these guys will have any fantasy value this upcoming season.

    Raptors sign G Brady Heslip.
Heslip will join the Raptors on a training camp deal, but can be ignored by fantasy owners as he’ll likely start the season in the D-League.
  • Point Guard
Brady Heslip has been working out at point guard along with his shooting guard reps.
This could be due to Delon Wright (shoulder) being a little behind schedule. Heslip is best know for his 13 treys in a game in the D-League, but he’s still a major project. He would need the Raptors to get hit with the injury bug to get minutes. He’s not a lock to make the roster either.

Dwane Casey praised Brady Heslip for his basketball IQ and shooting abilities following Tuesday’s practice.
Heslip and Fred VanVleet are currently competing for the final spot on Toronto’s roster, but regardless of who makes the team, neither of these guys will have any fantasy value while the Raptors are at full strength.

Brady Heslip is expected to join Raptors 905 in the D-League after being waived by Toronto.
A report by Shams Charania of The Vertical confirmed on Saturday that Fred VanVleet won the 15th roster spot in Toronto. Heslip can shoot it with the best of them and will hopefully get another chance in the NBA soon.

Brady Heslip has signed with Acqua Vitasnella Cantù of Italy.
Heslip split time with the Reno Big Horns of the D-League and Igokea of Bosnia last season and will now join the Seria A league in Italy. While the 25-year-old could find his way back to the NBA at some point, he can be ignored in fantasy leagues for now.

Andrew Wiggins led Team Canada to a blowout win over Panama on Sunday, scoring 17 points on 6-of-7 shooting (3-of-4 from the stripe) to go with three rebounds, two assists and two 3-pointers over 24 minutes.
Wiggins got hot in the second half, scoring 15 of his 17 points in the third-quarter, and Canada came away with this one easily. Cory Joseph pitched in 15 points, three assists and four rebounds, and Brady Heslip couldn’t miss, draining seven 3-pointers on his way to 23 points. Of the aforementioned players, Wiggins is the only guy that will be worth drafting in standard leagues as he looks to build upon last year’s averages of 16.9 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.0 steal per game.
