Devin Green is with the Knicks for training camp and has a shot at making the roster.
New York is looking to add depth in their backcourt, but even if he makes the roster Green won’t be a fantasy asset. Veteran swingman James Posey is also “on the radar.”

The Knicks have waived Devin Green.
Green was competing for a roster spot but never had a realistic chance of cracking the roster. The team also waived Chris Hunter.

Devin Green was activated last night and scored four points in 15 minutes last night.
He won’t have fantasy value this season.

Von Wafer and Devin Green are candidates to be sent down when the Development League starts its season Nov. 18.
Both players are not expected to have big roles with the team this year. Each has been stuck on the inactive list almost every game.

The Miami Heat has signed guard Devin Green.
Well, at least this makes Miami younger, if not better. The 24-year-old Green split last season between the D-League and Germany. Undrafted, he made the Lakers in 2005-06 and averaged 0.9 PPG. Don’t expect much here and you probably won’t be disappointed.

As expected, Devin Green was waived by the Lakers on Monday as the club got its roster down to 15.
Kwame Brown, Chris Mihm and Aaron McKie will all begin the season on the inactive list.

The Lakers re-signed guard Devin Green.
Terms were not disclosed, but Green should have very limited value in an extremely deep Lakers’ backcourt.

Devin Green appears to be the odd man out for the Lakers and will likely be cut on Monday.
They still have 16 players on their roster and would probably like to cut Aaron McKie instead, but Green’s contract makes him an easy selection to be waived.

Devin Green, an undrafted player who made the Lakers’ roster last season, has left the Lakers’ Development League team to play for a EuroLeague team in Germany.
Green averaged 19.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.2 assists in 13 games for the D-Fenders. The D-League has another four months of games, but there are only five games left on the schedule for the Rhein Energie. “It sounds ludicrous,” coach Phil Jackson said. “It doesn’t make any sense.”
