The Kings’ top priority should be easing the tension between DeMarcus Cousins and George Karl.
Caron Butler should help.
Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports:Caron Butler has agreed to a two-year deal with the Sacramento Kings, league sources told Yahoo Sports.
Butler will have a player option on the second year, sources said.

Butler is a good locker room presence, a tough veteran who will bring professionalism to a franchise that sorely lacks stability.
But he can do only so much. Sacramento’s problems begin at the top with owner Vivek Ranadivé, and it’s difficult to see Butler affecting real change there.
It’s also difficult to see Butler affecting much change on the court. At 35, he doesn’t do much effectively besides spot-up shooting, and his defense is slipping as fast as his athleticism.
As long as your expectations are reasonable, Butler should be a welcomed addition in Sacramento.
