The Spurs unveiled their new alternate jersey, and it’s… plain.
I actually checked a few times to make sure I wasn’t mistakenly looking at a uniform they’d already worn. The new jersey is just a black version of their silver alternate, and it looks similar to their base black jersey.
There’s nothing wrong with the new uniform. It just doesn’t add much to the ensemble.
Sometimes, it seems the Spurs pride themselves on being boring. If that was the goal here, mission accomplished.
