Nicolas Batum (groin) and Patty Mills (illness) will miss Sunday’s game against the Warriors.
Batum’s absence impacts the Clippers’ rotation for Sunday’s game more. His absence means additional playing time for Derrick Jones Jr., but “Airplane Mode” is not worth the risk in most active fantasy leagues. Mills has not played consistent rotation minutes this season. Depending on Sunday’s results, the Clippers can finish anywhere fourth, fifth or seventh in the Western Conference standings.
  • LAC Point Guard #88
Patty Mills (illness) is out for Friday’s game against the Kings.
Mills’s continued absence does not impact fantasy basketball, as he is not in the Clippers’ rotation most nights.
  • LAC Point Guard #88
Patty Mills (illness) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Rockets.
Mills will miss a second straight game after being a late scratch for Tuesday’s win over the Spurs. The veteran guard has been out of the rotation on most nights, so his continued absence will not have an impact.
  • LAC Point Guard #88
Patty Mills (illness) has been ruled out against the Spurs on Tuesday.
Mills was a late addition to the injury report and had now officially been ruled out. His absence will not have an impact on the Clippers’ rotation.
  • LAC Point Guard #88
Patty Mills (illness) is questionable to play against the Spurs on Tuesday.
Mills is a late addition to the injury report, but his status is inconsequential. He has yet to play 10 minutes in a game since being traded to the Clippers, and that is unlikely to change on Tuesday, regardless of his availability.
  • LAC Power Forward #15
Drew Eubanks and Patty Mills will be available to play against the Lakers on Tuesday.
This wasn’t the biggest trade that went down this weekend featuring the Jazz and a Los Angeles team, but both players were sent to the Clippers on Saturday. They will be able to suit up for the first time on Tuesday, though it is unclear what their roles will look like. Eubanks will have a much better chance to play minutes off the bench than Mills, and he may be the team’s backup center. However, neither is worth rostering at this point.
  • UTA Point Guard #8
According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Clippers have acquired Patty Mills and Drew Eubanks from the Jazz in exchange for P.J. Tucker, Mo Bamba, a second-round pick, and cash.
Mills did not play consistently with the Jazz before the reported trade, making 17 appearances off the bench. In those outings, the veteran guard averaged 4.4 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 1.2 assists in 15.3 minutes. When given consistent opportunities, Mills can provide production in a reserve role, and he joins a Clippers roster that can use a veteran scorer off the bench. However, this does not make him a player worth adding in fantasy leagues.
  • UTA Small Forward #28
Brice Sensabaugh (illness) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Suns.
Sensabaugh has missed Utah’s last two games, which freed up rotation minutes for Patty Mills. Mills still isn’t in a position where he’s worth streaming if Sensabaugh missed a third straight game due to his illness. Fantasy managers can afford to leave Mills on the waiver wire.

Brice Sensabaugh (illness) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Heat.
Sensabaugh did not play in Tuesday’s loss to Atlanta, resulting in more rotation minutes for Patty Mills. While the veteran guard hit three 3-pointers, he isn’t worth streaming if Sensabaugh remains out. As for the second-year wing, he’ll have value if cleared to return.
  • UTA Point Guard #8
Patty Mills provided a boost off the bench with 13 points (5-of-14 FGs), one rebound, two assists, three steals and three 3-pointers against the Hawks on Tuesday.
Mills was part of Utah’s rotation to start the season, but he fell out of the rotation in the middle of November. Recent injuries opened the door for him to log 19 scoreless minutes on Sunday, which made his performance in this game surprising. Entering this game, Mills had taken a total of 16 shots since November 1st. His 14 shots in 18 minutes were entirely unexpected and not something that managers will have to get used to. It was fun to see him play aggressively, but he should be left on the waiver wire.
