Precious Achiuwa (back) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Magic.
Achiuwa was held out of Tuesday’s blowout loss to the Hornets, with Patrick Baldwin Jr. logging 28 minutes as his replacement in the starting lineup. However, Dylan Cardwell grabbed 11 rebounds in 24 minutes off the bench and is the superior streaming option if Achiuwa remains out.

Precious Achiuwa (back) is out for Tuesday’s matchup with the Hornets.
Achiuwa finished with a 14/15 double-double on Sunday, but he’ll get the night off while dealing with lower back soreness. Dyland Cardwell and Daeqwon Plowden should see additional run against Charlotte with Achiuwa out of action.

Precious Achiuwa (back) is questionable for Tuesday’s game against the Hornets.
Achiuwa, who put up 14 points and 15 rebounds in Sunday’s win over the Nets, is dealing with lower back soreness. If he can’t play on Tuesday, Dylan Cardwll could figure more prominently in the Kings’ rotation.
  • SAC Forward #9
Precious Achiuwa tallied 14 points (6-of-13 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), 15 rebounds and one steal in Sunday’s win over the Nets.
Given how small the Nets were in the frontcourt on Sunday, this was an excellent matchup for Achiuwa. While the shooting percentages weren’t great, fantasy managers will certainly take the 15 rebounds. The final tally was a season-high in that category, and Achiuwa is up to ten double-doubles on the season. Like fellow starter Maxime Raynaud, the Kings are likely to continue playing Achiuwa heavy minutes for the rest of the season, preserving his fantasy value. With Sacramento scheduled to play four games in Week 22, don’t hesitate to add Precious if he’s on the waiver wire.

Precious Achiuwa accumulated 20 points (10-of-15 FGs), 11 rebounds, one assist, two steals and one blocked shot in Sunday’s win over the Jazz.
Achiuwa continues to shine in Sacramento, as he recorded his second consecutive 20-point double-double on Sunday. Since the All-Star break, the Kings’ forward has provided top-50 value in eight- and nine-cat formats. As long as Achiuwa is playing starters’ minutes, he needs to be rostered in 12-team leagues for the rest of the season.

Precious Achiuwa amassed 25 points (10-of-14 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 13 rebounds, one assist, four blocks and three three-pointers in Saturday’s win over the Clippers.
Achiuwa continues to shine during the silly season, and he has been an excellent option for category league managers. Since the All-Star break, the Kings’ forward has provided third-round value in eight-cat formats. Rostered in 36 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Achiuwa is worth adding in 12-team leagues, especially with the Kings hosting the Jazz on Sunday in their final game of Week 20.

Keegan Murray (ankle) will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
Murray aggravated his sprained left ankle during a February 25 game against the Rockets and has not played since. With the update provided by the Kings on Friday, he’s unlikely to be an impact option for fantasy managers again this season. Nique Clifford is as close to a must-add as a player can be going into the silly season, and Precious Achiuwa is also worth a long look in 12-team leagues. Daeqwon Plowden has cracked the rotation, but Clifford and Achiuwa should be the priorities of fantasy managers.

Precious Achiuwa tallied 14 points (6-of-11 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), eight rebounds, two assists, one steal and one blocked shot in Wednesday’s loss to the Hornets.
Achiuwa continues to provide solid value to fantasy managers. Since the All-Star break, the Kings’ forward has provided fifth-round value in eight-cat formats. Achiuwa is rostered in 37 percent of Yahoo! leagues, which is too low given his current role and production. With the Kings ending Week 20 with a back-to-back on Saturday and Sunday, Precious is worth the risk in 12-team leagues.
  • SAC Forward #9
Precious Achiuwa amassed 29 points (12-of-16 FGs, 4-of-6 FTs), 12 rebounds, five assists, one steal, two blocks and one three-pointer in Thursday’s loss to the Pelicans.
Achiuwa, who’s made the most of his opportunity in Sacramento, had another excellent night on Thursday. In addition to matching his career-high with the 29 points, he recorded a complete stat line and played 41 of a possible 48 minutes. Given the recent production and Sacramento’s limited frontcourt depth, Achiuwa is a must-roster player at this point. The Kings are off until Sunday when they host the Bulls.

Precious Achiuwa finished Tuesday’s loss to the Suns with 18 points (8-of-14 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), nine rebounds, one assist, one steal and one blocked shot.
Achiuwa has been a popular add in fantasy leagues recently, and with good reason. The 6-foot-8 forward has recorded at least nine rebounds in five straight games and at least one steal and one blocked shot in four of the last five. Rostered in 28 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Achiuwa has been a top-50 player since the All-Star break, according to Basketball Monster. With the Kings headed for the draft lottery, playing time should not be an issue for Achiuwa the rest of this season. If he’s sitting on the waiver wire, pick him up.
