Maxime Raynaud finished Wednesday’s loss to the Rockets with 25 points (10-of-15 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), six rebounds, three assists, one steal, one block and two three-pointers.
On a night when the Kings’ starters underwhelmed, Raynaud enjoyed his best game as a pro. Less than a week after scoring 19 points against the Jazz, the rookie center recorded his first 20-point game in Houston. While he may not be Domantas Sabonis’ replacement in the starting lineup, Raynaud has more opportunities to contribute with the veteran center sidelined. And his upside is superior to that of Drew Eubanks, who only played ten minutes on Wednesday. Raynaud isn’t a must-add just yet, but he deserves a look in deep leagues.

Maxime Raynaud provided a boost off the bench with 19 points (7-of-11 FGs), four rebounds, one block and one three-pointer against the Jazz on Friday.
Raynaud generally hasn’t played a large role outside of blowouts, but he was able to step into 22 minutes in this game and have the best offensive performances of his young career. He is an intriguing option in dynasty leagues, and this game could help him earn more minutes in the rotation, but he isn’t a standard league option at this point of his career.

ESPN’s Shams Charania reports Domantas Sabonis (knee) will be re-evaluated in three-to-four weeks.
Sabonis has a partially torn left meniscus, which has him set to be re-evaluated between Dec. 11 and 18. Drew Eubanks will start in his place for now, with rookie Maxime Raynaud filling out the reserve minutes. Neither is a reliable option, but there will certainly be opportunities. This is a tough blow for a Kings team that has started the season slowly.

Domantas Sabonis (ribs) is questionable to play against the Timberwolves on Friday.
Sabonis is still dealing with a rib injury, but he has played through it the last three games. Despite Kings coach Doug Christie promising to change the starting lineup, Sabonis’ role is likely safe. If he’s unavailable, Maxime Raynaud and Drew Eubanks will take on larger roles.

Domantas Sabonis (ribs) is available for Sunday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Sabonis is back after a two-game absence with a rib injury. Not only does his return push Drew Eubanks to the bench, but it also means Maxime Raynaud and Precious Achiuwa will lose playing time, with one falling out of the rotation entirely.
  • SAC Forward-Center #11
Domantas Sabonis (ribs) is out for Friday’s game against the Thunder.
Sabonis, who was initially questionable for Friday’s game, will miss a second consecutive contest with a left ribcage contusion. Drew Eubanks will remain in the starting lineup, with Maxime Raynaud and Precious Achiuwa playing rotation minutes off the bench.

Domantas Sabonis (ribs) is questionable to play against the Thunder on Friday.
Sabonis missed Wednesday’s game against Golden State, which allowed Drew Eubanks to get the starting nod in his place. Eubanks should get another start if Sabonis remains out, with Maxime Raynaud and Precious Achiuwa filling out the reserve minutes. If Sabonis is back, he’ll play the majority of the minutes at center.

Domantas Sabonis (ribs) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Warriors.
Sabonis has been downgraded from questionable to out, which opens up a spot in the starting lineup for Drew Eubanks. While he may not be the most enticing streaming option, Eubanks is worth a look in deeper leagues. Maxime Raynaud should pick up additional rotation minutes off the bench, but he isn’t worth the streaming risk.

Domantas Sabonis (hamstring) is available for Friday’s game against the Jazz.
Sabonis only had to miss one game after straining his right hamstring during the preseason. His return to action means Drew Eubanks, who played 22 minutes in Wednesday’s season-opening loss to the Suns, will head back to the bench. Also, rookies Maxime Raynaud and Dylan Cardwell will likely see their opportunities decrease after totaling 26 minutes in the opener.

The Kings announced Saturday that Domantas Sabonis (hamstring) will be evaluated in one week.
Sabonis injured his hamstring during Wednesday’s exhibition against the Clippers, exiting during the fourth quarter. He has since been diagnosed with a Grade 1 strain and will be evaluated in one week, meaning the Kings will be without their starting center for at least the first two games of the regular season. Drew Eubanks started Friday’s preseason finale and will likely hold onto that role, with Dario Šarić and rookie Maxime Raynaud providing depth off the bench.
