According to Rod Boone of the Charlotte Observer, the Hornets have signed RaeQuan Battle to an Exhibit 10 contract.
After stops at Washington and Montana State, Battle completed his college career at West Virginia before going undrafted in June. He played with the Hornets during the summer, and this move gives the shooting guard an opportunity to compete in training camp. In all likelihood, Battle will wind up with the Hornets’ G League affiliate in Greensboro.
