The Toronto Raptors have signed Shannon Scott, according to Shams Charania of RealGM.
Scott will now join the Raptors on a partially-guaranteed contract after going undrafted out of Ohio State. The 22-year-old guard is likely to spend a good chunk of time in the D-League, so fantasy owners can keep him off their draft lists.
