The Heat have released Davon Reed, Kyle Alexander, Skyler Flatten and Bubu Palo.
Reed, formerly an early second-round pick two years ago, provided minimal impact in four preseason games. All four players will likely head to the G-League after the Heat cut down their roster to 14.
