The Warriors signed second-round pick Stephane Lasme to a two-year deal potentially worth $1.14 million.
The Warriors drafted Lasme 46th overall in June’s draft after he spent four years at the University of Massachusetts. A knee injury in the summer league left doubts as to whether Lasme would make the team or not, but a spot opened up when they bought out Adonal Foyle’s contract. “I was thinking about it a little bit, but I wasn’t too nervous,” Lasme said. “I was nervous when I got hurt in summer league. But I figured if they liked me, they’d keep me.” His job will be to rebound and run the floor, so don’t look for him to offer fantasy value this season.
