The Hawks G League affiliate acquired the returning player rights to Tahjere McCall from the Long Island Nets in exchange for the returning player rights of Anthony Brown.

McCall played on the Atlanta Hawks’ Las Vegas Summer League team in 2019, averaging 11.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.5 steals in 31.0 minutes a game. Prior to Summer League, McCall spent the last two seasons with the Long Island Nets. He has reportedly agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract with the Hawks. No fantasy impact here.

The Nets will sign G Tahjere McCall to a 10-day contract, according to Michael Scotto of The Athletic.

McCall has played well for Brooklyn’s G League affiliate (the Long Island Nets, but there is no fantasy impact here, as it’s highly unlikely McCall cracks the Nets rotation.

McCall averaged 10.0 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.9 steals in 26.0 minutes per game during his two seasons at Tennessee State. He’ll likely spend most of this season in the G-League.
