Chargers signed DT Garrett Brown and CB Arthur Hobbs.
An undrafted free agent out of Minnesota in 2010, Brown most recently spent time with the Chiefs. He has never appeared in an NFL game, and is just a camp body for the Bolts. Hobbs is an undrafted free agent out of small-school Nebraska-Kearney.
