    Bills signed P Cameron Johnston.
They waived Brad Robbins. Not sure why the Bills figured they’d need a punter after what we saw on Sunday night, but if they attempt any in Week 2, Johnston will be taking them.
  • BUF Punter #10
Bills signed P Brad Robbins, formerly of the Bengals.
Robbins was a sixth-round pick of the Bengals who missed all of last season with a quad injury. In his first season as a pro, Robbins booted 76 punts for a net average of 40.1 yards. He landed 26.3 percent of those punts inside the opposing 20-yard line and will now have a chance to battle for the punter role that was vacated by Sam Martin after the team opted to release him earlier this month.
  • FA Punter #4
    Bengals released P Drue Chrisman.
Chrisman lost the punting battle to sixth-round rookie Brad Robbins. Chrisman kicked in seven games for the Bengals last season, totaling 28 punts for 1,192 net yards and an average of 42.6 net yards per punt. He could have a chance to compete elsewhere for a gig at some point this season.
  • CIN Punter #10
Former Bengals P Kevin Huber announced his retirement after 14 NFL seasons.
Huber, who joined the Bengals in 2009, was among the league’s most reliable punters over his lengthy tenure in Cincinnati. The Bengals released Huber, 37, last December after consistent struggles over the season’s first few months. Drue Chrisman and Brad Robbins will compete for the Bengals’ punting job this summer.
  • FA Punter #19
Bengals selected Michigan P Brad Robbins with the No. 217 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Robbins (6'0/200) spent an eternity at Michigan, arriving in 2017. He did miss all of 2018 and part of 2019 with injury. He averaged over 45 yards per punt in both 2020-21 before coming back down to earth a bit in 2022. He will win the Bengals’ 2023 job barring an awful camp.
