Oklahoma State redshirt senior WR Braydon Johnson (undisclosed) will miss the remainder of the season.
Coach Mike Gundy confirmed this week that Johnson (6'0/200) will miss the remainder of the season. He hauled just two catches for two yards against Missouri State before leaving the game with an injury.

  • Wide Receiver
Oklahoma State redshirt junior WR Braydon Johnson (undisclosed) will not be available for Saturday’s game against Kansas State.
Johnson (6'0/200) will sit for a third consecutive game, leaving the Cowboys down a wide receiver. They do welcome back Tay Martin and Jaden Bray for the Big 12 opener, which will certainly help matters. However, Bray is expected to only be available in a limited capacity Saturday night.

  • Wide Receiver
Oklahoma State wide receivers Braydon Johnson and Jaden Bray have been ruled out for Saturday’s game at Boise State.
The Cowboys will be down multiple skill position players Saturday night, and that list includes Johnson (6'0/200) and Bray (6'2/187). In the case of the former, this will be the second game that he’s missed this season. As for Bray, through two games he’s caught six passes for 136 yards and a touchdown. Brennan Pressley and Tay Martin will lead the way on the outside for Oklahoma State as they look to pick up a win on the road.

Oklahoma State looks to be without wide receivers Braydon Johnson and Tay Martin vs. Tulsa
It’s early in the season, but Oklahoma State already appears to have been bit by the injury bug. Wide receiver Braydon Johnson (6'0"/200) has already been declared out for the game, while fellow receiver Tay Martin (ankle) appears to be on the wrong end of a questionable designation after injuring his ankle last week against Missouri State.

  • Wide Receiver
Oklahoma State redshirt sophomore WR Braydon Johnson scored twice with 124 yards receiving on five catches in a 24-21 loss to Texas A&M on Friday in the Academy Sports + Outdoors Texas Bowl.
Johnson (6'1/195) was Dru Brown’s top target on Friday, and it continues a strong run for the redshirt sophomore after not being involved in the offense in the early part of the season. He scored a 42-yarder in the first quarter, and Brown and Johnson connected again in the fourth on a five-yard slant. Johnson clearly has athleticism to be an impact offensive player, and could be a name to keep an eye on in the 2020 campaign for the Cowboys.
