Raiders DE Bryant McNeal was arrested in South Carolina Thursday on charges of violating Florida’s state pawn brokering laws.
The fifth-year player is charged with defrauding a pawn broker by selling him a Range Rover McNeal did not own for $15,000. Wachovia Bank, which owned the truck, discovered that it had been pawned back in 2005.
