Hall of Fame coach Chuck Noll has passed away at the age of 82.
A true football legend, Noll is the only head coach to win four career Super Bowl trophies, netting all four with the Steelers during dominant a six-year run in the 1970s. Noll coached the Steelers for 23 seasons (1969-1991), posting a 209-156-1 record. He is often credited as the main force that turned Pittsburgh from a fledgling franchise that had made the playoffs once before Noll’s arrival, into one of the most respected organizations in league history. Noll was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1993, under two years after he retired.
