An undrafteed rookie out of South Florida last season, Bogan spent all of 2011 on injured reserve with a torn right ACL. His time in the league may be up.

The arrest occurred two days after the Niners waived Bogan and three days after his knee was medically cleared to play. The incident began when Bogan told the security guard he wouldn’t wait behind a rope line because he had a table inside and had spent thousands of dollars at the bar. He is scheduled to appear in Scottsdale City Court (AZ) on April 20.

Bogan also cracked a bone in his knee, which may delay surgery. He’s the second 49ers player to go down with an ACL injury in the first week of practice (blocking TE Nate Byham was the other). A possession receiver with kick return skills, Bogan was all-conference at South Florida last season.
