Giants released RB James Sims, C Matt Tarullo, and TE Jason Randall.
Sims was active for two games as an undrafted rookie in 2006 but didn’t make the stat sheet. He’s unlikely to be more than a career practice squad player in the NFL. The other two players are just as dispensable.
