Texans signed Oregon WR Johnny Johnson.
With Justin Herbert at quarterback, Johnson (6'/197) had his best season back in 2019, easily leading the Ducks in receiving with a 57-836-7 line. He never produced more than 311 yards in any other season, however, and struggled at the Combine with a 4.6 40 and 32-inch vertical. A limited athlete who will be 23 as a rookie and carries major production red flags, it is difficult to make a strong Dynasty case for Johnson.
