Bengals elevated WR Kwamie Lassiter for Week 5 against the Cardinals.
The former undrafted free agent’s elevation is more notable for what it likely means for Tee Higgins, who comes into the contest listed as questionable with a rib injury. Higgins had been pushing to play through a fractured rib with additional padding around his midsection but it now appears likely he is set to miss Week 5 against the Cardinals. Fantasy managers that were counting on Higgins to gut it out will likely need to make alternate plans for Week 5.

    Bengals waived WR Kwamie Lassiter.
Lassiter was signed as an UDFA out of Kansas and was among the more hyped wideouts at Bengals camp this summer. He produced a 13-138-0 receiving line on 15 targets this preseason.

Kansas redshirt senior WR Kwamie Lassiter II registered eight receptions for 68 yards and a touchdown in Saturday’s 57-56 overtime win at Texas.
Lassiter (6'0/175) has managed 14 receptions for 150 yards and two touchdowns across the past two games. It’s the first time he has ever had consecutive scores, and the two-game catch and yardage total is his most as a collegiate player. The redshirt senior is finishing up strong, and will look to keep the train rolling in next Saturday’s trip to Fort Worth to face Texas Christian.

  • FA Wide Receiver
Kansas redshirt senior WR Kwamie Lassiter II caught seven passes for 116 yards and a touchdown in a 59-23 loss to TCU on Saturday.
Lassiter II got the Jayhawks on the board with a 48-yard touchdown pass from Jalon Daniels that brought Kansas to within 24-6. He made a few more plays down the field for KU, but they weren’t nearly enough in another blowout loss for a team that has yet to win a game in 2020. Expect Lassiter II (6'0/175) to be among the top options next Saturday when the Jayhawks square off against Texas Tech.
