According to Rivals.com, Colorado State senior DE Manny Jones has withdrawn his name from the NCAA transfer portal.
Jones (6'4/275) entered his name into the portal on Saturday, but within the last 48 hours he’s reportedly had a change of heart. The senior from Cartersville, Georgia was one of the Mountain West’s best defensive linemen in 2019, earning honorable mention all-conference honors after tallying 54 total tackles (32 solo, 8.0 for loss), 5.0 sacks and two forced fumbles. With the Mountain West having canceled its 2020 season, Jones will apparently focus on preparing for the 2021 campaign.
