Falcons signed K Nick Folk, formerly of the Jets, to a two-year contract.
Folk, one of the NFL’s last millennials, made 28 of his 29 field goal tries last year for the Jets and is a career 85 percent kicker over 18 NFL seasons. The Falcons have made due at kicker since Younghoe Koo flamed out and will look to Folk for some short-term stability in 2026.

NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports Jets K Nick Folk is planning to play the 2026 NFL season.
Folk, 41, is entering year No. 19 in the NFL. He is the NFL’s most accurate kicker since 2023 and made 28-of-29 field goals last season. The veteran is slated to be a top free agent at the kicker position this offseason; whether Folk heads back to the Jets or kicks elsewhere, he will secure a short-term contract as long as he desires to play.

    Jets signed K Nick Folk.
Entering his age-41 season, Folk looks to have found a comfy starting gig in New York. UDFA Harrison Mevis is his competition for the job. Folk missed just one kick last year for the Titans in 47 tries between field goals and extra-point attempts. We’d consider him the favorite to win the job.
  • FA Kicker #6
Jets hosted free agent K Nick Folk for a tryout on Monday.
Folk kicked for the Jets from 2010 to 2016 and could find his way back to the Meadowlands. The 40-year-old vet played for the Titans last season, converting on 21-of-22 field goal attempts while also going 25-for-25 on his PATs. Folk has led all kickers in field goal percentage in each of the last two seasons and has made 11-of-12 attempts from 50-plus yards over that span. Despite his age, Folk doesn’t appear to have lost a step and will likely find himself kicking somewhere in 2025, even if it’s not with the Jets.
  • TEN Kicker #13
Titans signed K Joey Slye, formerly of the Patriots.
It’s possible this spells the end for 40-year-old Nick Folk, who has spent the last two seasons with the Titans. Slye kicked last season for the Patriots, converting on 26-of-33 attempts while going 6-for-9 on distances of 50 or more yards. He hit a career-long 63-yard field goal in last season’s Week 4 game against the 49ers. Slye is a career 81.7 percent field goal kicker, and could have the inside edge to win whatever kicker competition comes his way once training camp starts up.

Titans K Nick Folk (abdomen) will not play in Week 18 against the Texans.
Matthew Wright will again kick for the Titans. Folk, now 40 years old, will be a free agent in the offseason. Coming off back-to-back seasons leading the league in field goal percentage, he will have plenty of opportunities to keep playing if he wants to.

Titans K Nick Folk (abdomen) will not play in Week 17 against the Jaguars.
Matthew Wright was signed to the Titans practice this week and will kick for the Titans on Sunday. Fantasy managers should look elsewhere for streaming upside.

Titans declared K Nick Folk, LB Jerome Baker, WR Jha’Quan Jackson, CB Tre Avery, RB Joshua Kelley, CB Gabe Jeudy-Lally, and LB Luke Gifford inactive for Week 16 against the Colts
Folk entered the weekend questionable with an abdomen injury and will remain out for the team’s Week 16 game against the Colts. Kicker Brayden Narveson was signed off the practice squad to kick in Folk’s place. Linebacker Luke Gifford (concussion) is the other injury inactive for the Titans.

Titans K Nick Folks (abdomen) is questionable for Week 16 against the Colts.
Head coach Brian Callahan called Folk a game-time call. The veteran kicker has had a few spike weeks with the Titans but could miss Week 16 with an abdomen injury that is likely an extension of the groin issue he dealt with in previous games. The risk isn’t worth the reward for fantasy purposes. Brayden Narveson would take his place in the lineup if Folk sits.
  • TEN Kicker #6
Titans coach Brian Callahan said K Nick Folk “should be good to go” for Week 15 against the Bengals.
Folk has been dealing with a groin injury this week but hasn’t missed a game due to the injury. The 40-year-old kicker has converted on 21-of-22 field goals this season while making all 22 of his extra point attempts and should be available for Week 15’s game against the Bengals.
