BILLS OWNER KEEPS JAURON, RIPS PLAY CALLING

Buffalo Bills coach Dick Jauron will be back in 2009. But the Bills’ owner has made clear that he thinks Jauron could use a new offensive coordinator. Bills owner Ralph Wilson released a statement today in which he said Jauron will return. But while he didn’t mention offensive coordinator Turk Schonert by name, he opened his statement by calling Schonert out. “It is well known that I share many of the fans’ dissatisfaction with our offensive game management,” Wilson said. Wilson added that next year, he hopes to see “more assertive veteran leadership and continued improvement from our young quarterback.”
