The Cowboys have officially confirmed that defensive end DeMarcus Ware and running back DeMarco Murray are unlikely to play on Sunday in Philadelphia.

Although Ware said he expects to make the trip to Philadelphia and wants to test out his injured quad in pregame warmups, he is listed as doubtful on the Cowboys’ injury report. Murray is also listed as doubtful with a knee injury.

If Ware does sit out, it will be the first game he’s missed in his nine-year career. Murray has had health problems in all three of his NFL seasons and is beginning to develop the injury-prone label.

The Cowboys listed receivers Miles Austin and Dwayne Harris, plus defensive linemen Jason Hatcher and George Selvie, as probable. Running back Lance Dunbar and defensive end Edgar Jones are out.
