LaRon Landry Finally Shows Up

Redskins safety LaRon Landry, whose extended absence from offseason workouts has prompted rumor and speculation that he might want to find a new team after only two NFL seasons, has reported for Organized Team Activities. The news comes from Matt Terl, the official Redskins blogger. Terl posted on his Twitter page that Landry is in the house. Per Terl, fullback Mike Sellers responded to Landry’s arrival by saying, “Who is THAT guy?” Safeties coach Steve Jackson went public last week with frustration regarding Landry’s absence from voluntary drills. Still, before Redskins fans exhale too deeply, Landry has shown up only for the last day of offseason workouts. The Redskins held their mandatory minicamp from May 1 through 3. After today, the Redskins will be on their own until training camp opens.
