Commanders signed CB Daryl Worley, formerly of the Titans.
The team also signed journeyman wide receiver River Cracraft. Worley signed with the Titans midseason and ultimately made nine appearances with the team, seven of which were credited as starts. He broke up two passes with one interception and contributed some on special teams. Worley will be a depth option for the Commanders.
  • MIA Wide Receiver #85
Dolphins activated WR River Cracraft (shoulder) from injured reserve.
Cracraft had a 9/121/1 line last year in 10 games as a reserve wideout. The 30-year-old has missed the entirety of the season to date with his shoulder injury. His move may be foreshadowing bigger Tyreek Hill news, but we’re not entirely sure on that yet.
  • MIA Wide Receiver #85
    Dolphins re-signed WR River Cracraft.
Cracraft returns to the Dolphins for a third season. He has put up 18 receptions for 223 yards and three touchdowns over his two seasons in Miami, missing six games due to a shoulder injury last year. Mike McDaniel adds Cracraft back to an efficient passing offense. Though the Dolphins will still be looking to add another receiver - most recently showing interest in Odell Beckham Jr. - Cracraft brings depth to a good receiving corps.
  • MIA Wide Receiver #85
Dolphins placed WR River Cracraft (shoulder) on injured reserve.
Fellow backup receiver Erik Ezukanma was placed on the NFI list. With both out, Braxton Berrios will earn the bulk of the Dolphins’ WR3 reps.
  • MIA Wide Receiver #85
Dolphins WR River Cracraft (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday.
Cracraft was in line for a bigger role with Jaylen Waddle sidelined for Week 3, but a shoulder injury quickly knocked him out of the Dolphins’ matchup with Denver. Mike McDaniel said his injury was more serious than a day-to-day issue after the game. Braxton Berrios should take over the team’s WR3 gig until Cracraft returns, though that role will be minimized with Waddle expected to return to the lineup in Week 4.
  • MIA Wide Receiver #85
Dolphins HC Mike McDaniel said River Cracraft’s shoulder injury is “not a day-to-day thing.”
Cracraft was injured in Sunday’s Week 3 win over the Broncos, and is expected to be sidelined for some time. McDaniel didn’t specify when Cracraft could return, saying, “No doubt we will see him again in near future; how near I don’t know.” With six catches for 87 yards and one touchdown on the season, Cracraft wasn’t on the fantasy radar, but he’s been a solid player for the Dolphins and is on pace for the best season of his career through three games.
  • WAS Wide Receiver #88
Dolphins WR River Cracraft (calf) is doubtful for Week 16 vs the Packers.
He’ll miss his third straight game after injuring his calf in Week 13. With Cracraft sidelined, Cedrick Wilson will see increased snaps as Miami’s No.4 receiver.

  • WAS Wide Receiver #88
Dolphins WR River Cracraft (calf) is doubtful for Week 14 vs the Chargers.
Cracraft had been outsnapping Cedrick Wilson as Miami’s No. 4 receiver, playing 43% of snaps in Week 13. With Cracraft sidelined, Wilson and Erik Ezukanma will see increased snaps this week.

  • WAS Wide Receiver #88
49ers signed WR River Cracraft to a one-year, $765,000 contract.
Cracraft, 26, was an exclusive rights free agent. He appeared in nine games with the 49ers last season, totaling six catches for 41 yards. He joins Josh Rosen and Jeff Wilson (among others) to re-sign with San Francisco early into the offseason.
