49ers agreed to terms with LS Ryan Pontbriand, formerly of the Browns.

Pontbriand long-snapped in Cleveland from 2003 until late season when he was cut loose after an admitted slump. Although he’s reuniting with special teams coach Brad Seely, the Niners already have Pro Bowler Brian Jennings under contract through 2014.
