Arukwe

A track star for small-school Troy, Arukwe has just one year of college football experience, catching 12 passes in 12 games as a senior. Arukwe’s odds of cracking the Cardinals roster are exceptionally long, but his blazing speed will earn him a longer look than the rest of his skill-set would otherwise dictate.

Arukwe’s roster spot was needed because the Cardinals are really banged up at the running back position. The undrafted rookie and speedy track star was never a realistic bet to climb the wideout depth chart anyway.

Arukwe made news for blazing a “wind-aided” 4.19 forty at Troy’s Pro Day, but he’s now been waived by the Jets and the Cardinals in a four-week span. Undrafted out of Mizzou, Kemp was just signed last week.
