Michael Phelps and Katie Ledecky headline the nominations for the 2016 USA Swimming Golden Goggles Awards, which will be held Nov. 21 in New York City. NBC’s Bob Costas will emcee the annual red-carpet celebration and fundraising gala.

Phelps, who won five gold medals in Rio, was nominated for Male Athlete of the Year, along with Nathan Adrian, Anthony Ervin and Ryan Murphy.

Ledecky, who won four gold medals in Rio, was nominated for Female Athlete of the Year, along with Maya DiRado and Simone Manuel.

Phelps and Ledecky seem like locks for the Athlete of the Year Awards. After all, Phelps and Ledecky were already named the Male and Female Athletes of the Olympic Games at the Team USA Awards.

Phelps is a six-time winner of the Golden Goggles Male Athlete of the Year Award, and Ledecky is looking to become the first athlete—male or female—to win Golden Goggles Athlete of the Year honors for four consecutive years.

Other categories include Male and Female Race of the Year, Breakout Performer of the Year, Perseverance Award, Coach of the Year and Relay Performance of the Year.

Gunnar Bentz, Jack Conger, James Feigen and Ryan Lochte are not allowed to attend the event as part of the disciplinary measures for the gas station incident at the Rio Olympics.
