    Titans waived WR Roger Lewis.
The 2016 UDFA notched 36 receptions for the receiver-desperate 2017 Giants but made zero regular season appearances in 2018. Although Lewis is still only 25, getting cut loose at this stage of the offseason bodes poorly for his NFL future.

Titans signed WR Roger Lewis, RB Dalyn Dawkins, OG Jamil Douglas, CB Michael Jordan, LB Gimel President, OT David Quessenberry, WR Kalif Raymond, WR Devin Ross and S Damon Webb to reserve/future contracts.
All nine of them ended the year on Tennessee’s practice squad. Lewis showed flashes with the Giants in 2017 (36-416-2 on 72 targets) but didn’t play a snap this season. He’ll be hard-pressed to crack the Titans’ 53-man roster out of training camp.

Roger Lewis caught 1-of-4 targets for two yards in the Giants’ Week 10 win over the Bengals.
Undrafted rookie Lewis made the start in place of an injured Victor Cruz (ankle), but had a night to forget. He alligator-armed a third-down sideline shot in the first quarter, dropping the pass. Lewis was also the intended target on Eli Manning’s first interception, falling down at the end of the route. He also ran the wrong route on a third-down play, leading to an incompletion. The Giants eventually benched Lewis in favor of Tavarres King, who ended up playing more snaps. Lewis, wearing No. 82, reminded us of another ex-No. 82 for the G-Men, second-round bust Rueben Randle. Lewis probably won’t sniff the field Week 11 against the Bears.

Giants WR Roger Lewis will start in place of Victor Cruz (ankle) Monday night against the Bengals.
The Giants run a predominantly three-wide offense, so it’ll be Odell Beckham, Lewis, and slot man Sterling Shepard. Lewis stands 6'/196 and is an UDFA out of Bowling Green. He played 37 snaps last week against the Eagles after Cruz went down and caught a 30-yard touchdown on two targets. Lewis ran 4.57 at the Combine and is merely a desperation fantasy heave tonight.

ESPN’s Jordan Raanan expects Roger Lewis to pick up Victor Cruz’s (questionable, ankle) snaps.
Lewis was splitting time with Cruz even before he went down last week. He’ll get the majority of outside reps in three-wide sets, with Dwayne Harris mixing in. Lewis isn’t a Week 10 streaming option.

Giants WR Roger Lewis is week to week with a concussion.
Lewis went down in Sunday’s game against the Bears. Lewis had an eight-yard catch before departing.

According to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, Giants WR Roger Lewis (concussion, questionable) is “good to go” for Sunday’s Week 12 game against the Browns.
He made the trip to Cleveland with his teammates. Lewis suffered a concussion in Week 11 but has been practicing on a limited basis since Thursday. He’s the Giants’ No. 4 wide receiver behind Odell Beckham, Sterling Shepard and Victor Cruz. Obviously he carries no fantasy significance.

TMZ Sports reports Giants WR Roger Lewis was arrested on an OVI charge in Ohio over the weekend.
TMZ reports Lewis was pulled over for speeding and tinted windows, but officers smelled weed and noticed signs of intoxication during the stop. Lewis reportedly refused a breathalyzer before being taken into custody. Per The Record’s Art Stapleton, officers found 0.2 grams of marijuana in Lewis’ vehicle. An undrafted free agent out of Bowling Green last year, Lewis recorded seven catches for 97 yards and two touchdowns as a rookie.

Roger Lewis managed one catch for 15 yards on three targets Friday in the Giants’ preseason loss to the Steelers.
Lewis had a touchdown opportunity in the first quarter and even beat his man in coverage but couldn’t keep both of his feet in bounds. He was targeted in the end zone again in the second quarter but let Josh Johnson’s pass fall through his fingertips. Lewis reeled in just seven-of-19 targets as a rookie and will be hard-pressed for snaps this year playing behind Odell Beckham, Brandon Marshall and Sterling Shepard.

An OVI charge against Giants WR Roger Lewis was dismissed on Monday.
Lewis was arrested in June after officers reportedly smelled weed and noticed signs of intoxication during a traffic stop. He will escape significant legal trouble from the incident, but Lewis could still face league discipline. Lewis recorded seven catches for 97 yards and two touchdowns as a rookie.
