Torrence

Torrence (6'4"/197) was a three-star JUCO recruit in the 2021 cycle. He’s a fourth-year junior with two years of eligibility remaining. He doesn’t have much game experience, getting just five total tackles last year, but he is expected to compete for a starting job for ASU after they lost their top two CBs from last year. He’s very tall for the position, and his physical presence on the line of scrimmage can overwhelm opposing WRs.

Torrence (6'3/195) attended Hutchinson Community College and had just committed to UT eight days ago before backing off his pledge. He is ranked as the fifth best CB and 32nd overall player from the 2021 JUCO class. He has offers in hand from East Carolina, Utah State, NMSU, Middle Tennessee, Eastern Michigan, Washington State and Auburn. Torrence recently had taken a visit to Auburn that sealed the deal on his recruitment.
