Angels signed RHP Sean McLaughlin to a minor-league contract.
McLaughlin registered a respectable 5.25 ERA, 1.56 WHIP and 38/12 K/BB ratio 36 innings over 29 relief appearances at Double-A Mississippi in the Braves’ minor-league system last year. The 27-year-old righty will serve as organizational relief depth next season.
