Taylor Davis went 2-for-3 with a pair of singles in Saturday’s loss to the Phillies.
Davis was the lone Pirates batter to manage multiple hits against a dominant Ranger Suarez, who tossed a complete game shutout on the afternoon. Prior to receiving three at-bats on Saturday, the 31-year-old backstop had not seen major league action since the 2019 season. Needless to say, there is no fantasy intrigue, here.
