    Falcons released WR/KR Trevor Davis.
Davis is a journeyman kick and punt returner who should find his way onto a team’s practice squad before the long. The Falcons also waived/released CB Delrick Abrams, DL Eli Ankou, OL Willie Beavers, DL Zac Dawe, ILB Emmanuel Ellerbee, RB D’Onta Foreman, WR Juwan Green, RB Caleb Huntley, S Dwayne Johnson, OLB Kobe Jones, OL Sam Jones, P Dom Maggio, OL Ryan Neuzil, WR Antonio Nunn, S JR Pace, TE John Raine, WR Chris Rowland, OL Joe Sculthorpe, OLB Tuzar Skipper, DL Chris Slayton, OL Kion Smith, ILB Erroll Thompson, TE David Wells, and CB Chris Williamson.

    Bears signed WR/KR Trevor Davis.
The Dolphins took a shot on Davis following his mid-season release from Las Vegas and he responded with four kick returns for 95 yards (23.7 yards per return) from Week 15 on. It’s possible the 26-year-old gets an extended look out wide since Chicago only added fifth-round WR Darnell Mooney at that position via free agency and the draft. It’s a low-risk signing to strengthen the Bears’ special teams.

    Raiders waived WR/KR Trevor Davis.
Acquired from the Packers in exchange for a 2020 sixth-round pick, Davis had a miserable Week 13 against the Chiefs, losing a fumble on a return and failing to convert a fourth-down sweep play where he ran into the back of his teammate. Davis has 16 career catches for 205 yards and one touchdown across four seasons.

Dolphins claimed WR/KR Trevor Davis off waivers from the Raiders.
The gadget player was waived by Oakland following a disastrous Week 13 where he lost a fumble on special teams and had a lowlight on offense (running into the back of his own teammate). Davis should primarily contribute in the return game for Miami, though the Dolphins’ receiver depth chart is indeed thin.

Raiders acquired WR Trevor Davis from the Packers in exchange for a 2020 sixth-round pick.
Davis only played 23 snaps with the Packers this season and a total of 216 since being drafted No. 163 overall in 2016. Oakland’s interest is likely short-sighted as the 26-year-old did punch the Raiders in the mouth for 5/78/1 in Green Bay’s third preseason game. He’ll be Oakland’s primary kick returner until Dwayne Harris is healthy.

Trevor Davis caught 4-of-4 targets for 42 scoreless yards in the Raiders’ Week 5 win over the Bears.
Davis, Hunter Renfrow and Keelan Doss were the Raiders’ only active WRs Sunday with Tyrell Williams (foot) sidelined. Nobody on the entire offense received over five targets. Davis has surprisingly been the recipient of some of Jon Gruden’s most well-designed screens and trick plays since joining the Raiders, but he won’t be a realistic fantasy option once Williams likely returns in Week 7 following the team’s Week 6 bye.

Trevor Davis rushed twice for 74 yards and a touchdown in the Raiders’ Week 4 win over the Colts.
Davis, who was making his Raiders debut, was not targeted in the passing game. Acquired mainly for his special teams value, Davis instead broke the game on offense, scoring a 60-yard rushing touchdown on the first play of the Raiders’ second series. Davis could make a real life impact as a gadget player, but he remains off the fantasy radar.

Trevor Davis failed to catch either of his two targets in the Raiders’ Week 12 loss to the Jets.
Davis hasn’t worked inside of three-WR sets since being swapped out for Zay Jones. The Raiders’ return specialist is nothing more than a potential DFS showdown option that can be paired with the Raiders defense and special teams.

Packers coach Matt LaFleur was impressed with WR Trevor Davis’ spring.
“A guy that may have been forgotten a little bit is Trevor Davis,” LaFleur said. “He made a lot of great plays down the field. He has speed. ... I’ve been really impressed with him. I feel like he’s come a long way.” The 2016 fifth-rounder has just eight career grabs, though his name has come up from time to time. He’s had a few standout moments on special teams. Although the top three appears to be set, there are still snaps for the taking in the Packers’ receiver corps. If Davis doesn’t take them, he could find himself released at final cuts.

Packers placed WR Trevor Davis on injured reserve.
Davis just returned from IR last month. The Packers activated Jake Kumerow to take his spot.
