Steelers signed LB Tuzar Skipper to a two-year extension through 2021.
Skipper was set to be an exclusive rights free agent this offseason, so he had no choice but to re-sign with the Steelers. Skipper played just 40 defensive snaps this season, all with the Giants earlier in the year.
