Sun waived Gs Diamond DeShields and Yvonne Anderson.
The Sun finalized their roster for the 2025 season on Thursday, with DeShields and Anderson being the final cuts. In the case of the former, her career accomplishments likely make Connecticut’s decision a surprising one. After missing the 2023 season with a knee injury, DeShields appeared in 32 games for the Chicago Sky in 2024, making 10 starts.
