Parker (6'2/209) garnered first-team All-AAC honors in back-to-back years as a true junior (61/955/10) and senior (81/1,224/9) once he converted from linebacker to receiver. Unfortunately, his athletic profile is lacking across the board as he disappointed with a 4.57 40-time and negligible explosiveness (4.23-second shuttle) at Indy’s combine. It’s entirely plausible he beat up on AAC competition and that’s where the fairy tale ends. Parker will have to turn his sticky hands into a strength on strength to unseat veterans at the next level.
