Some of the most important bets of a NFL Week are placed on Mondays. Here are the Week 8 NFL games I have already bet on. Odds via PointsBet.
Carolina Panthers vs. Atlanta Falcons (-2.5) Total: 47
The Panthers and Falcons meet for the first team this season in Week 8. The Falcons have won three of their last four games; those victories were over the Jets, Giants and Dolphins, so they weren’t the most impressive wins but victories nonetheless. The Panthers would surely take them as they have lost four games in a row. I rarely, if ever, bet on the Atlanta Falcons. It’s not a money making strategy. This week, the Falcons are in a good spot. Atlanta is 5-1 ATS vs. the Panthers since 2018. Edge: Falcons -2.5

Miami Dolphins vs. Buffalo Bills (-13.5) Total: 49.5
The Dolphins and Bills will complete their division series for this year in Week 8. Buffalo is on a six-game winning streak vs. Miami. When these teams played back in Week 2, the Bills won 35-0. Jacoby Brissett took over for an injured Tua Tagovailoa early in that game. Tagovailoa still may be the Dolphins’ quarterback next Sunday, but he could also be traded by then. The last two times the Bills played the Dolphins, they won each game by at least 30 points. Edge: Bills -13.5

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Seattle Seahawks (-3.5) Total: 44
The Jaguars will try to extend their winning streak to two games when they travel to Seattle to face the Seahawks next week. Russell Wilson will not be back for the Seahawks next week, so laying more than a field goal with Seattle is not a smart bet. So far this season, road underdogs of 3.5 or fewer points are 18-9 ATS. Edge: Jaguars +3.5
