Boston College redshirt senior TE Trae Barry (knee) has been ruled out for Saturday’s game at Syracuse.
Barry (6'6/244) is one of three key players who have been ruled out due to injury. Leading tackler Isaiah Graham-Mobley (upper body) and starting CB Brandon Sebastian (knee) will also have to sit out Saturday’s game. Barry, a grad transfer from South Alabama, has caught 18 passes for 288 yards and three touchdowns this season.

  • Draft Analyst’s Tony Pauline gave Boston College redshirt sophomore DB Brandon Sebastian a third round grade, writing that he “has exceptional size and developing ball skills.”
“He showed flashes of brilliance last season as a redshirt freshman, and Sebastian is going to be a very early draft pick in the future if he continues to progress,” Pauline wrote. The redshirt sophomore was given the highest draft grade of any player on the Boston College roster and that includes star running back AJ Dillon, who was given a fifth round grade by Pauline. Sebastian (6'1/190) played 12 games at cornerback in 2018, starting seven, and he finished the year with 49 total tackles (two for loss), one sack, two interceptions and ten passes defensed.
