Duke sophomore guard Grayson Allen is having a big afternoon against Louisville. The Cardinals and Blue Devils are in a heated ACC game, so it means that Allen and others are getting on the floor for loose balls. During such a play in the second half, Allen took an elbow to the face from Louisville forward Jaylen Johnson as the two tried to gain possession. Allen was aggressively swinging elbows and trying to gain possession of the ball, but he took the worst shot to the face from Johnson.

Johnson was assessed a dead-ball technical foul after official review and Allen made one of his two technical free throws.
