    Bills released DT Casey Rogers.
Rogers was signed in May after being waived by the Giants. He’s a practice squad candidate who could see time with the Bills if he doesn’t procure a job with a new team.
  • BUF Defensive Tackle #91
Bills signed DT Casey Rogers, formerly of the Giants, to a contract.
Rogers spent less than 24 hours on waivers before being signed to his second NFL team, despite having zero statistical output as a rookie. The Bills are in need of space eaters on their interior defensive line, making this a decent situation for Rogers.
  • FA Defensive Tackle #91
    Giants waived DT Casey Rogers.
Rogers was a 2024 undrafted free agent and logged 33 defensive snaps for the Giants in his rookie season. He is credited with zero tackles and/or sacks. He may find his way onto another roster as a practice squad option.
  • NYG Defensive Tackle
Nebraska redshirt junior DL Casey Rogers transferred to Oregon.
Rogers (6'5/295) was a three-star recruit from the 2018 prep cycle but didn’t play significant reps until 2020 when he logged 243 snaps as a rotational three tech posting 12 pressures and an impressive 10 stops with just a 5.3 percent missed tackle rate. He missed the first five games of 2021 with an injury but returned to log 139 reps over the last seven games as a stout, two-down run stuffer who posted seven stops with zero missed tackles, earning a strong 80.4 tackling grade over the last two seasons. Rogers should step right in as a gap plugging DL for the Ducks.
