Buckeyes lose starting OT for up to a month

An ankle injury will keep starting right tackle Jim Cordle out of action for 3-4 weeks, Ohio State announced today.

Cordle is a three-year starter along the Buckeyes’ offensive line, and moved from the interior of the line to right tackle this year.

Replacing Cordle in the starting lineup will be J.B. Shugarts, a former high school All-American from Texas who was part of OSU’s vaunted 2008 recruiting class.
