For the fifth time since 2005, and in an apparent attempt to personally keep up with the entire Florida football program, Washington State defensive back Xavier Hicks has been arrested.According to the Associated Press, Hicks was pulled over for speeding Monday and was found to be driving with a suspended license. It’s the same charge the safety was hit with last year.In May of 2008, Hicks pled guilty to two gross misdemeanor charges -- credit card theft and third degree assault -- following a pair of incidents involving his roommate, teammate Grady Maxwell. In the assault, Hicks was accused of putting rubbing alcohol in the the contact lens case of Maxwell.Hicks was also charged with theft in 2005 and 2007.The soon-to-be senior, who is entering his final year of eligibility, was Washington State’s second-leading tackler last season.
